Since 1997, Cassaundra Holmes Insurance Agency has helped families in Waldron and Scott County protect their homes, vehicles, and futures. In 2026, Waldron native Lucas McCullough took over the agency with a simple goal: keep the local, personal service this community has counted on for nearly 30 years, while giving clients more options than ever before.

Lucas brings seven years of insurance experience, most recently leading a sales team in Northwest Arkansas, and is licensed in property and casualty, life, and health insurance across Arkansas and Oklahoma. I came home to Waldron to be part of the community that raised him and to give back to the people who helped shape who he is. Coming home to Waldron to run the agency was an easy decision.
